massage the area that's painful while pumping your breast. if you just gave birth, it's going to be painful and sore for at least 1 week. just pump every 2 or 3 hours. and massage as u pump. that helps for me. wear maternity bra. don't use wired bra. hope this helps

Lecithin and also try to go easy on sweet, salty and oily foods. Warm compress your boobs, massage and try to clear your boobs every session (pumping/latching).

Use a Hakka pump, add warm water together with Epson salt and let your nipple sit and drain for 10 minutes. You can google more about this
