Raw sushi, raw stuff

Hi mom I’m currently breastfeeding can I eat raw sushi? Or any raw stuff?

I would suggest not to eat any raw food during breastfeeding. If I were to eat raw food, I would discard the milk after pumping and not give it to baby.
