Hard breast

Hi mom I miss my pumping session and my breast feels super hard and it leak all over my shirt what can I do? #firstmom #breastfeeding

It’s okay to miss a session. This happens to me all the times 😂 Just quickly pump it out and clean yourself. Change out to a clean clothes.

Pump asap. After that, feel your boobs for any hard areas to make sure that you've emptied them out fully

Massage your breast before pumping. Can use milk collector or breast pad so it will not wet your shirt
