Many organic products like baby organic rice once opened can't be kept long. Any suggestions that I can store it at a longer period?

For organic dried foods or dry items, I will store them in the ziplock bag and store in chiller or I store the item in airtight container ie lock & lock, mason jars (refer pic) and put them in the chiller. Ikea, BHG, Isetan, OG has a variety of mason jars of different shapes and sizes. Other than ikea, the others do sell coloured jars.
