does nausea get better overnight?

hi mamas, i've been experiencing pretty bad all-day/ night sickness since week 5, currently almost week 16 and i know most people feel better around this time. do you just suddenly feel better one day or is this more of a gradual progress?

It’s gradual. For me I rmb I kept waiting for 2nd trimester but I felt better only around week 18 or 19. Continue to take small meals and don’t rush to feel better (though I know it’s not easy). Keep focusing that you’ll get there soon! See if you want to request for dilectin from your Gynae for your MS as it works for me - nausea not as bad.

It gets better gradually when you are nearing week 20 it gets better for most mothers. Divide your meals and have small portions this will make you feel slightly better. And eat only those which you feel like having, but try to keep sugar/sweets at bay

it's more of a gradual progress. for all three pregnancies of mine, i had very bad nausea but got better on the 2nd trimester. then from the 2nd trimester onwards, still have nausea on and off till i delivered. 😵‍💫

It ia a gradual process and depend on individual. Not everyone will have same progress.
