20 weeks pregnant

Any mama's not eating folic acid too just like me? i went to check up but doctor didn't mention anything what should i do ??

you're into 20 weeks, you no longer need to take folic acid. folic acid is recommended the 3 months before you start trying to conceive and the first 12 weeks during your pregnancy(1st trimester) after the 12 weeks, you are to take obimin (multivitamin), calcium vitamin D & fish oil.

please do consider taking folic acid daily, it’s very important for baby’s development especially the brain and spine. you can just buy folic acid from pharmacies and start taking

My gynae said can stop folic by 12 weeks so I haven’t been taking since then, just took the prenatal vitamins

Prenatal multivitamins with low dose folic acid will suffice, no need to take folic acid separately anymore

i stop taking folic acid under gynae’s instruction from wk 12. switched to taking multivitamins..
