1 year old cheese

Hi! My LO is one and i want to introduce cheese to her. How do you go about doing it? What brands are good with low sodium content?

I introduce mozz cheese to my LO when he was 1 year old . 1 oz was 80mg sodium

Cheese is good for baby's health. If he does not have dairy allergies.
