20 weeks pregnant, sudden vertigo when turning over in bed, normal?

Last few nights, when turning over in bed I get sudden vertigo and rooms spins for about 20 seconds and feel nauseous and clammy afterwards for a while. Then during day also feel a little lightheaded and dull headache. Anyone else had symptoms like this? #pregnancy #firsttimemom #20week #symptoms

due to the change of hormone is your body some mummy can feel vertigo and other symptoms.  is quite common. Just be more caution ⚠️ and let your Dr know about.
