Any ladies with irregular ovulation managed to successfully ovulate regularly with tcm acupuncture treatment?
I had TCM prescribed herbs instead of acupuncture, for almost 1 year. Besides that I had to watch my diet closely and try not to get too stressed. Getting enough sleep is also very important. My period went from being irregular to coming regularly every 33 days, and I could clearly see my ovulation cycle regulated by measuring basal body temperature every morning before I got out of bed.

No, didn’t managed to regulate. The physician said that’s how my body is like and it’s normal. Everyone’s body is different.
I manage to regulate my period cycle to every 28-30 days by taking TCM medicine
