Be at least 6 weeks postpartum (longer if u are cesarean) and get doctor clearance before starting on exercise. Kelly suggested many things - brisk walk, swimming, light cardio, simple HIITS or TABATTA workouts, planks, push-up, squats, kettle bell swings/pull up. Try to do it 3 times a week at least - listen to ur body and stay hydrated. She did demo 5 exercises in the video: fire feet (or quick running on the spot), push up, high knees, alternate lunges, mountain climbers - do it 8 sets, 20 seconds workout with 10 seconds rest
