Miscarriage?

I've recently found out that I'm pregnant (less than 6 weeks) but I've started spotting and having mild cramps since yesterday. Feeling quite worried as those appear to be signs of a miscarriage. Any one has similar experience but pregnancy turns out ok? #advicepls

I had blood clots at 6 weeks , mild cramping . I went to A&E @NUH without thinking twice . cramps are worser than period . seek medical attention asap :) don't wait for any other symptoms .
