Miscarriage?

I've recently found out that I'm pregnant (less than 6 weeks) but I've started spotting and having mild cramps since yesterday. Feeling quite worried as those appear to be signs of a miscarriage. Any one has similar experience but pregnancy turns out ok? #advicepls

I had a bad cramp at week 6 too with blood clots. Was pretty sure I lost it but nope, don’t worry. It’s still there with a good beating heart when I had an ultrasound a week later. It can just be implantation blood. 😊
