Miscarriage?

I've recently found out that I'm pregnant (less than 6 weeks) but I've started spotting and having mild cramps since yesterday. Feeling quite worried as those appear to be signs of a miscarriage. Any one has similar experience but pregnancy turns out ok? #advicepls

I didnt noe i was pregnant previously but i had bleeding twice in dec which lasted for a day or so with cramps. Later when i knew, i had a tear in first trim.. then i passed out blood clot (palm sized) n quickly went a&e. Everything was ok! But i suggest u go and have a check to be safe..
