Hi there, Hmm, it could be the chaffing of the diaper or natural pigmentation of the skin because of access melatonin. Maybe you could try moisturising the area morning and night? I know some mamas use a cream or apply a lotion prescribed by the doc. Perhaps you could consult your PD?
