Heinz baby food jar

Issit heinz baby food good for babies? Currently giving to my LO and she seems to like it. But when read it, contains sugar and fats. Any reccomandations?

should be cautious on sugar and sodium/salt content. but i do give other baby food pouch to my babies once in a while.
