Bumpy and itchy skin

Am in week 13 pregnancy. All along I have eczema problem on and off. These 3 weeks, my skin is very itchy and I will scratch and the skin will have small bumps and broken skin. I have applied suum balm, ceredan cream but is like temporary relief. Any doctor to recommend to treat this?
