4months can feed pureed food & water?

I’m unsure if my baby at 4months+ can give pureed food & when can we start giving them water to drink? #firstbaby #pleasehelp

I started giving on the 6th month, but on the 4th month, I mixed half scoop of brown rice powder with formula.
