4months can feed pureed food & water?

I’m unsure if my baby at 4months+ can give pureed food & when can we start giving them water to drink? #firstbaby #pleasehelp

Write a reply

Best advised not to start solids until they can sit well. At least not wobbly. No need to give water yet since at this age, water has no nutritional values to them and will only take up space in their tummy.
