Worried all the time

I’m still in my first trimester, and I’m worried about baby all the time! No bleeding or spotting but I feel like my stomach is cramping, and nauseous. Does anyone else feel like me? Currently at week 7 and my next appt is only at week 10. #firsttimemom #advicepls

I would say nauseous is a good sign that pregnancy is going ok:) as your uterus grows, you will feel cramping at times as well! V normal
