Squeezing pain in uterus

I’m only 32 weeks preg and I feel this squeezing pain in my uterus for only awhile and since last night it only happens once a day is it normal? Or is it contractions do I need to go to kkh? There no blood or water breaking #firstmom #worried

Hmmmm need to follow the 5-1-1 rule. Like if you have the contractions every 5mins, within 1 min duration for an hour. Then, this indicates you're in Labor already. But my friend had it every 10 mins and every contraction is getting stronger & stronger, she had her baby 2hrs later. But if you feel like something is wrong, you can go check with your gynae.
