Lower back pain in first trimester

Hi, I’m in 7w + 6. Second pregnancy. Recently experiencing lower back pain, on and off. The pain kicks in especially after carrying heavy things. Anyone experience the same? And remedies? #advicepls #pregnancy #worryingmom

yes it’s very normal. the growing uterus is pressing on nerves in the limbs. unfortunately it will stay for awhile, so do light stretches and don’t overexert
