Pain on right rib and cramping

Hello! I’m in my 20th week and I realise whenever I sit, there’s a sharp pain on my right rib just below my breast. And my calves tend to cramp when I stand up after sitting for a while. Anyone else experiencing this? I’ll definitely check with gynae just that my next check up is not for another 2 weeks and I was wondering if this is normal.
