Is it the baby kick?

I’m in my 19 weeks 3 days and i feel pulsing feeling at my cervix/vagina area, its not painful, just strange sensation. Is it the baby kicking? Anyone else feels it like that before? I thought it should be at the lower abdominal. #firstbaby #advicepls

Yes some call it lightning crotch when baby is directly kicking or moving close to your cervix. My baby loves staying below there so it’s quite common for me too.
