Milk leaking

I’m formula feeding my first baby for a quite long already and currently pregnant with second at 12 weeks. I notice I have milk ducts now and milk is leaking out. What do I do ? Should I wait till 37 weeks for colostrum harvesting or must I collect milk now ? Wouldn’t it induce labour if I do it early ?

Can use disposable breast pads. I won’t go and handexpress or pump intentionally, if you wanna collect those that leaked naturally, can collect with syringe and put in freezer. Bring along to hospital during birth, the nurses will feed them for you.

Yes if you express your colostrum or milk, itll induce preterm labour. Lactation counselor said only safe after 37 weeks, only if you have no pre existing condition and to always consult gynae first.

Maybe use breastmilk collection cups?
