Ideas on packing lunches

I'm feeling more lightheaded these days, probably in part due to the weather. Hence am not out for lunches with my colleagues as much. Would like to ask what are some of your packed meals thatre easy to prepare yet nutritious? Would appreciate any ideas please 🥺#firstbaby

I have baked chicken thigh + soba + spinach for my meal prep! You can even get chicken breast to be more healthy.. and add other vegs e.g red peppers, edamame :) carbs can be also quinoa/brown rice I think it’s healthy
