Any newborn with G6PD deficiency and struggling with high risk jaundice? What do I do?

I'm feeding expressed bm. We have been struggling for over 2 weeks now with the highest at Day 6 at 325 (treated with double blue therapy at KKH) and then it went down to 190 but now went up to 239. We have tried everything traditional (kayu sepang, tcm flower, air kundur, morn sun) and KKH's blue therapy but the readings are not improving. I'm really worried. Some ppl have been blaming my bm as they ran out of causes. #1stimemom #advicepls

My baby had prolonged jaundice till he was 31 days. Had to be admitted for phototherapy and weekly checkup. We tried alot of traditional medications. There is a term called breastmilk jaundice. People was ‘blaming’ my breast milk too. But i didnt stop expressing breastmilk for him. Keep feeding him, try not to swaddle him during day naps so he will wake up and cry for milk. The readings went up and down during that period. But miraculously, on his 31st day check up, reading suddenly dropped to below 100 and he doesn’t need anymore follow up.

He is on exclusively expressed bm too. I was being stubborn not to feed formula and focused on increasing my bm supply instead.
