Nausea and fear of puking

Hi! I’m estimated 4 weeks preggers (I likely conceived via IUI, which is why I found out earlier that I’m preggers). I’m feeling really queasy and lost appetite on most days. Also lightheaded, almost like gonna faint feeling, and dizzy when I scroll my phone too fast. Any of you experience such symptoms? I also have a severe phobia of vomiting, does anyone know if gynaecologists can prescribe medicine for me to standby in case the nausea gets worse over the upcoming weeks? Im guessing it may get worse. #firsttimemom #pleasehelp

I totally understand that fear of puking mama! When I was pregnant with baby #1 my morning sickness was horrible. Diclectin really helped me a lot. I even tried motion sea bands to prevent the nausea. Based on experience as a foodie who experienced MS, try to take small meals and eat before u even feel hungry. It works for me and before u know it it will be over (hopefully in 2nd trimester). Know that all these are worth it for your precious baby. You’ll forget about it when you see your baby :)

hello mummy! wouldn't you feel better after puking? no? same here, anything fast or loud will trigger me. get your gynae to prescribe Dicletin. i cannot live a day without it for good 8.5months.. usually they will prescribe for 2 weeks only. but i will request for 1 month supply or until th next appt date. if you cant wait for your next hospital appt, perhaps you can go to poly first to get morning sickness medication. if im not wrong th dr will prescribe with vitamin B12. takecare mummy!
