Breastfeeding while still pregnant

Hi im currently pregnant at 11weeks and i have a toddler at 13mths and still breastfeed. Went to see gynae and was given progesterone to prevent me from miscarriage. I would like to know if my milk supply enough for my newborn later? #pregnancy #advicepls
