Toothache & migraine

I’m currently on my 2nd trimester. Having very bad toothache. My cavity has hole. And I have wisdom tooth decayed. I can’t do any X-ray during pregnancy and thus difficult to do anything.. I’m having migraine and nerves pain on my tooth for the 5th day. Panadol is not helping. Any advice on what I can do now... #pleasehelp #advicepls #pregnancy #worried
