Pregnant & covid positive

Im currently 15 weeks pregnant and just tested positive covid. What should i do ? Do i go to normal GP? Other than panadol is there any other medicine that is safe for pregnancy? Most importantly will it affect my baby? Currently my symptom is body ache, coughing and sore throat. #firsttimemom #advicepls
