Harmony retest failed

I'm 39 yrs old, 15 weeks pregnant , did FTS, results low risk Harmony test did 2 time as 1st test reflect no results, require redraw Now 2nd harmony test also no results again Should I go elsewhere do Panorama test or Amniocentesis?#pregnancy #advicepls #pleasehelp
