Discharge since 1st trimester

I'm on my 37 weeks now just wondering if anyone encountered greenish yellowish discharge? I had it on my early 30th week but doctor prescribed me with some medicine to insert into my vagina. Now I'm having it again no matter how clean I took care of my v. So frustrating to have lots of discharge since my first trimester and never ends now soon I'm giving birth. Anyone??
