31w, Head Down

Hi, I'm at 31 weeks and baby's head is already down. Gynae didnt say much but friends have been advising me to reduce walking and stairs climbing in case of preterm labour. Is this true? I climb stairs everyday and wonder how much is too much..

Not true At all. I walked for at least 30 mins, alternate days. Just be careful of your steps

No such thing.. Gynae even advise me to walk around for easy birth..
