Feeling tummy is so hard and low

I’m at my 27 weeks and I just feel my tummy is so hard and low. And I have the feeling to pee all the time and super high tight so suddenly, but when I at the loo, urine is slow and not as much as I thought it will be. Do u experience the same thing? #pregnancy
