Bitter gourd

Im 27 weeks + 5 days today. Just wanted to know are we allow to eat or drink bitter gourd juice? My mom said it’s not safe. But when i googled it’s actually safe to consume. Any ideas on this? #pleasehelp #firstbaby #PleaseAdvice
