I'm 15 weeks pregnant is it normal to have heavy discharge? The colour is yellow?

Hi sorry can i check if you were ok after that incident? I hope all is well. I had the same experience but it wasn't that heavy. But filled 1/4 of the pad. It was clear watery with dark yellow mucus. No foul smell or burning sensation or itchiness so i dont think it's vag infection. I tried calling KKH O&G but no ans, yet. Should i be worried and head down to A&E?
