Yellowish brown discharge

Hi, I’m at 13 weeks but experiencing yellowish-brown discharge just this morning (noticed it during my first morning toilet trip), with no cramps or pain. Is this normal? Yesterday was fine - normal discharge. Should I monitor further / how long should I monitor before I alarm my gynae about this? My next gynae visit is 3 weeks away.. am starting to be afraid..

Update: I called my gynae cux it’s worrying me too much as the spotting appear again last evening and this morning, and afraid will see fresh blood anytime.. they Suggested I go for a check whenever there’s bleeding/ spotting, and thank God baby seems well with heartbeat. Was Prescribed duphaston. Hope all is well and spotting stops soon..
