Cramping at 12 weeks

Hi all.. im 12 weeks pregnant and im having bad abdomen cramping n hip pain.. do anyone encountered this before

I had cramps during my 12 weeks too. Went to see the gynae and they advised that it is normal to have cramps because womb is expanding and making room for baby. Red flag will be spotting and sharp pain. Hope you'll feel better soon
