Can I put any medicated oil in my tummy?

I'm 12 weeks pregnant. Can i put yu yee oil during pregnancy @ 2nd trimester & I’m having alot air in my tummy and cramps at times. #firstbaby #1stimemom #advicepls #pregnancy
