Mucus plug

Hi, I’ll be 38wks tomorrow. Discovered my mucus plug is out earlier today. No strong contractions, only some light bloody stains on panty liner after that. What to do now? Just wait for water bag or bloody show or strong contractions? Thing is I hv high tolerance level of pain, might mistook actual contractions to BH.. #pleasehelp

If worried pls go hosp. I had a wk of brown blood previously before it turned into a bit of red blood. For me i went to hosp only when i was having severe tailbone ache.
