Covid & caring for baby
If you are not breastfeeding, and when you have covid, did you isolate yourself from your baby or just continue caring for them? just wear mask and sanitise. Want to isolate also no extra room
I didn’t isolate as I’m the main caregiver (and also no extra rooms as I’m staying with in-laws back then), I wore mask thru out but baby still got it eventually. Thankfully she didn’t have any other symptoms other than having fever for a few hours, just stayed positive for 2 weeks.
I just recovered from Covid. Washed my hands everytime before I touch baby. Wore mask as well. But my 4 mth old still got sick. 😮💨 But low grade fever for 2-3 days only then full recovery already. Yet I was super sick for a week. Babies are pretty hardy i guess.
Sigh. I just tested positive too. I’m feeling so terrible about this.
