Do you all have colostrum on day 1 of birth?

If no, how to harvest colostrum from breast? Pls advise. Do everyone have colostrum? #advicepls #firsttimemom

Ask the nurses to teach on breast massage to stimulate and hand expression. Do request for a syringe for harvesting :)
