Eye pores on baby eye

I notice Eye pores on my baby eye since birth, He is 1month 2days now.. I took him to d hospital they gave me Gentamincin Eye/Ear drop for him to use for 7day & drip water for cleaning before apply the drop.. After the 7days the Eye pores reduce .. Since lastweek now have been noticing the Eye pores is coming back again, he cant open his eye well because of the Eye pores .. My question is can I re-use the eye drop again? Because I still have it at home? Thanks
