First time got to know tht im pregnant

I went to check my pregnancy test at Polyclinic. They told me to talk the medicine.. 'something' fluid somehow like vitamins. But i did not collect it on that day . Is it okay to not consume it? Or do i have to ask again when on my next appt at KKH instead? #1stimemom #pleasehelp at Week 11 btw
