1 echogenic focus in left ventricle of heart

I just went for my 20 week detailed scan and doc told me theres 1 shadow/spot in my baby’s left ventricle heart (normal variant), however doc told me its very common since its just 1 and nothing much to worry about. As a first time mum, ill always worry about everything even when doc say its nothing to be worried about. Any mummies had this ? #firstpregnancy
