Spotting at week 6

I am at week 7 of my pregnancy and started brown spotting and dried brown spots at week 6. Currently taking Dhuphaston, only saw slight improvement, is it normal? Is it a raise of concern?

i had brown spotting at week 6 as well, just for a day. Also on Dhuphaston
