Blood in my stool due to constipation

I was constipated and forced out my stool one day and there was blood. Ever since when I poop, its painful and it has some blood. Do I need to worry ?#pleasehelp #firstbaby #1stimemom #advicepls #pregnancy

Very normal. You can get stool softener to help reduce the constipation like Lactus. Can get from Watson or guardian pharmacy
