I just vomitted in the car. it was my first vomit of pregnancy..I cant take it cause I got headache and feel terribly nausea when taking car.. When I finally throw up I feel so much better . Is this normal?

I have a car sick throughout my pregnancy journey . It’s fine , just bring some oil for your nausea
