Anyone also with low energy levels
I used to be quite productive. Eg working on several things in 1 day, making sure every day is fruitful but now I’m hardly doing half a thing well. All the funny tummy feelings and queasiness and tiredness and lack of energy.. first tri now..when will my energy come back?!
I was like that on 1st tri. But thru this process of feeling nausea, tired, etc. I told myself do one thing at a time and do it slowly. Do whats important and least important will be later. If you can get helping hand will be great otherwise do it slowly. Dont push yourself so hard to do something productive. It is just hormones in the body that tires you out. So do what you can only. Having said that if I feel energized and not tired I do as much as I can for that day. Hope this helps.
