IVF success?

Low AMH with endo ovarian cyst. Failed 1st time, successful on 2nd attempt. Three months prior to 2nd attempt, I ate lots of supplements, healthier diet, exercise, tcm (to try improve egg quality) but also with a lighter mindset of not putting too much hope of success during the 2ww since 1st failed and I got a miracle baby girl this June. It might be hard but I feel that not stressing, over anticipate success helps a little. Good luck to you and stay positive!
